Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

 Yes, as long as we haven’t started printing your products. If printing has started you can still add to your order before it is finalized and shipped. For any amendments, send us an email.

 Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Due to the global uncertainty (shipping carriers experiencing operational problems, complications related to COVID-19, etc.), please consider 2-10 business days (for the fulfillment) + shipping time as recommendations rather than rules. Furthermore, this data might be updated based on the newest information from shipping carriers.

Do you guys offer customization services for your products?

 Yes, we do. Please send your customization requests to support@personalizedly.com, we will give you our quote. Thank you.

 Do you accept returns?

 Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

 Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement.
