Shipping Policy

Production time: COVID-19 may cause production times to be slower than the listed average. Order placement deadlines are difficult to set precisely since we operate with many Print Providers in several countries and continents. We advise placing orders by these dates to have the best chance of your order arriving on time.

Due to the global uncertainty (shipping carriers experiencing operational problems, complications related to COVID-19, etc.), please consider 2-10 business days (for the fulfillment) + shipping time as recommendations rather than rules. Furthermore, this data might be updated based on the newest information from shipping carriers.

Customs fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Some countries charge a customs fee when you order from the USA. The fee can depend on a number of factors like the value of the order, weight, and country-specific shipping restrictions. You’ll have to cover this fee to receive your order.

Product shipment
If your order contains products of different categories, they might be delivered in separate packages. This is because each product has different shipping needs. For example, if you order a poster and a t-shirt, they’ll come separately. Posters travel better in a tube, while the tee would need a different package. So don’t worry if you don’t get all the products you ordered at once – the others will arrive later.

Remember that FedEx doesn’t ship to PO boxes.

Possible delays
If it should happen so that our suppliers can’t provide the product you’ve ordered, shipping may be delayed. We’ll print and ship the product once it’s available again, but if you don’t want to wait for extra, you can also request a refund.

Tracking your order
Not every shipment can be tracked. This depends on the shipping method that you choose at the checkout. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

Changing or canceling your order
Each product on Inktale is made individually, on-demand. Once you’ve completed your order, we place it in line to be printed and shipped. You can make changes or cancel your order only if we haven’t printed the product yet.

If you want to change your order, write to support@personalizedly.com as soon as possible so that we can manage to make those changes in time.
